Day 8 in Eindhoven

Had Environment & Behaviour class till 12:30 in school! hahah! Most of the S'pore students were taking it too! After that, I met up with the others for lunch at the auditorium! Luch was expensive again! Don't remember what I had but It was €2.80 again! And I saw a plate of spaghetti for 4.33€!! My gosh!! Anyway, After that, we met QQ who was working on her module mapping. The rest went off for lessons and other stuff, while i decided to figure out how to print on campus, since everyone has a 10€ worth of free prints! But I gave up soon and went to book myself at the town hall as a citizen! It was a fantastic place! Hot drinks for 0.20€! hahah! I took a queue no and bought a choco drink! But my number got called almost instantly! I had to take my outside coat, my hat, gloves, my bag and my drink over to the counter! I felt a bit awkward about drinking at the counter. I passed up all my docs over to the lady and she was super nice! She made me feel welcome and she even went to get a drink for herself! :D and i thought that that was SUPER THOUGHTFUL on her part! After that, I cycled down to the swimming pool area where the ice-skating rink is. It was quite far, but I didn't take many pics..That place was very unlike the part of Eindhoven I live in, very natural! There was horse-back riding there too! I went off-track a bit and saw this frozen river:

I got slightly lost on the way back, but still managed to make my way back home at about 5pm!! I had to drop all my stuff at home and go down to Aldi's before it closes, since it closes at 6pm!! Can you believe it?? A supermarket closing at 6!! How to run business like that?? Imagine if our beloved NTUC closes at 6! hahah,
Unlike Albert Heijn's, Aldi's provided plastic bags, although they are all of a small standard size and not very reliable. I made my way back home on the bike, carrying a bottle of milk on my hand! I think that is typical dutch! I'm blending in well!! yay! And back home, I cooked dinner and took a few pics of the night view from my window while my rice was cooking:

And dinner was similar to yesterday, but just with more things added to the rice! hahah! And I had an apple too, with mango juice:

And after that, my friends came over to my house to call me for the dinner gathering at FC's house, where Johnny fed me some cabbage :D

I had brought over my rice cooker, so they had rice too! And.. after that was cleaning up time:

And we talked.. took pic... and ended the day!
